Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Loqsy. By creating an account or using Loqsy, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Loqsy is India-first and currently supports users with a valid +91 mobile number.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
We may suspend or remove accounts if we believe a user is under 18, has provided false information, or is using Loqsy in an unsafe or unlawful way.
We use phone OTP verification to help confirm that accounts are created by real people.
The phone number you use must belong to you. Do not use fake, borrowed, automated, or unauthorized numbers.
You are responsible for keeping your device, OTPs, and account secure. Do not share OTPs with anyone.
Verification improves trust, but it does not guarantee that every user is safe, truthful, compatible, or suitable for you.
You control the photos, prompts, bio, interests, profile details, and other content you add to Loqsy.
You are responsible for your content and must have the right to upload or share it.
Do not upload false, misleading, harmful, illegal, abusive, sexually exploitative, non-consensual, impersonating, or intellectual-property-infringing content.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant Loqsy a limited license to host, display, process, resize, moderate, and use your content to operate, improve, and protect the service.
You can edit or delete many profile details in the app, subject to safety rules such as locked age or verification fields.
Loqsy helps people discover others through profile preferences, shared interests, city-level context, and trusted-circle signals.
Mutual-contact signals may improve discovery, but Loqsy does not reveal private contact names or private details unless a product flow explicitly allows it after a mutual match or with user permission.
Likes are anonymous unless both users mutually like each other.
Super likes are also anonymous unless there is a mutual match, where Loqsy may show that a super like was used.
Loqsy does not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility, relationships, dates, or offline outcomes.
If you provide location access or location details, Loqsy may use them for city-relevant and nearby discovery.
Loqsy is designed not to show your exact coordinates to other users. City, region, or approximate distance context may be shown where relevant.
You can update certain location and visibility choices in the app, subject to availability and safety controls.
Loqsy may let you sync contacts or use contact-based signals to support trusted-circle discovery.
You should only provide contact access where you are legally allowed to do so.
Contact data may be processed for discovery, mutual signals, fraud prevention, trust, safety, and abuse prevention as explained in the Privacy Policy.
Loqsy does not sell your contact list.
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users.
Do not share hate speech, obscene abuse, sexually exploitative content, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate images, or manipulated media meant to deceive or harm.
Do not impersonate another person, scam, spam, phish, solicit commercially, promote trafficking, or use Loqsy for illegal activity.
Do not scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, automate, overload, or misuse Loqsy systems.
Do not bypass daily limits, blocks, reports, moderation actions, verification, or security controls.
Do not use Loqsy in violation of applicable Indian law.
Loqsy provides tools to report or block users when something feels unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate.
Reports may be reviewed by Loqsy, our moderation team, and service providers who help us protect the community.
Blocking is designed to hide profiles from each other where technically possible and may affect discovery, matching, and messaging.
Reports are treated confidentially, but Loqsy may preserve information, investigate, take action, and cooperate with law enforcement or authorities where legally required.
We may use reports, trusted signals, automated systems, and manual review to detect unsafe or policy-violating activity.
We may remove content, reduce visibility, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts for safety, legal, operational, or policy reasons.
For urgent safety or legal risks, we may act immediately. Where appropriate, we may offer a review or appeal path.
Daily swipe, like, super-like, message, visibility, and discovery limits may apply.
Loqsy may change, pause, add, or remove features as the product evolves or to maintain trust and safety.
The MVP may be free. If Loqsy later offers paid features, additional payment terms may apply.
Your use of Loqsy is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We process personal data to operate accounts, verification, discovery, matching, safety, moderation, analytics, support, and legal compliance.
You may have rights to access, correct, update, withdraw consent, or request deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and retention requirements.
You may request account deletion through the app where available or by contacting support.
After the recovery period, ordinary account and profile data is deleted. Reports, moderation history, limited evidence, fraud-prevention records, and security logs may be retained for a defined period where needed to protect users, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
Safety evidence may be retained longer while a report is under review or a legal hold applies. Access is restricted to authorized Trust and Safety personnel.
Deleted accounts may not be recoverable.
Loqsy is provided on an as-available basis. We may experience outages, bugs, maintenance windows, or feature interruptions.
We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.
Loqsy does not verify every statement made by users and does not guarantee user conduct, identity beyond verification flows, compatibility, or offline safety.
You are responsible for your interactions and should use caution when communicating with or meeting anyone.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loqsy disclaims warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loqsy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Loqsy may respond to valid legal requests from courts, law enforcement, regulators, or government authorities.
We may preserve, disclose, or process information where required by law or where necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the service.
