Loqsy Child Safety Standards

1. Introduction

Loqsy is committed to maintaining a safe platform. We do not permit child sexual abuse or exploitation, and we do not allow Loqsy to be used to facilitate, encourage, or conceal such conduct.

2. Adults-only platform

Loqsy is intended only for individuals aged 18 years and above.

Persons under 18 are not permitted to create or maintain a Loqsy account.

Accounts reasonably believed to belong to minors may be suspended or removed from the service.

3. Prohibited child sexual abuse and exploitation

Loqsy has zero tolerance for any content or behavior involving the sexual exploitation of children or minors. This includes, without limitation:

• Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexual exploitation of minors
• Grooming
• Sextortion involving minors
• Trafficking or solicitation involving minors
• Sharing, requesting, producing, promoting, or distributing sexual content involving minors
• Attempts to facilitate inappropriate sexual interaction with minors

Any attempt to use Loqsy to depict, promote, request, distribute, or encourage the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited.

4. Reporting

Users can report profiles, messages, or other content through Loqsy's in-app reporting features.

Child-safety concerns can also be reported to support@quinaxis.com.

Reports may be reviewed and acted on as part of Loqsy's safety and enforcement process.

5. Review and enforcement

Reported violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

Loqsy may also take additional safety or legal action where appropriate.

6. CSAM handling and legal compliance

Loqsy does not permit CSAM.

When Loqsy becomes aware of suspected CSAM or child sexual exploitation, it takes appropriate action consistent with its safety obligations and applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, Loqsy may report suspected child sexual abuse material or related activity to relevant authorities or designated organizations.

Loqsy may preserve and disclose relevant information to competent authorities where legally required or otherwise permitted under applicable law.
